HILARY SIMS - Red Baron

Red Baron was influenced by a trip to Hillend for a weekend in Winter. The weekend turned into a memorable affair and included lots of sightseeing of the historical buildings (1851), long walks taking photos of the landscape including Kanagaroo bones, visiting the gold rush museum, sitting by an open fire, meeting some strange characters including a Ghost Hunter. The tree in my painting is an apple tree & the name Red Baron are a type of red apples.
